CONNECT is CCSA’s Annual General Meeting and conference and we are celebrating our 32nd event at the Fairmount Empress and Victoria Conference Centre in beautiful Victoria, BC.

CONNECT2025 will provide delegates - including CCSA members, content developers, video program service providers, equipment suppliers and industry stakeholders - the opportunity to meet, connect, learn, share knowledge and strengthen their role as local providers in Canada’s TV, Internet, and Telecom industry. CONNECT is sponsored primarily by video program providers, networks, technology vendors and partners who support our members and CCSA.

The Fairmont Empress, our host hotel and a National Historic Site, blends historic charm with modern comfort. Located on Victoria’s scenic Inner Harbour, it offers 431 guest rooms and suites, a spa, and several dining options, including the famous Tea at the Empress. We’ve set aside a dedicated room block at a special conference rate to make booking easy. Connect2025 sessions will be held in the adjoining Victoria Conference Centre.

Secure your stay at the Fairmont Empress and take advantage of our negotiated guest room rates, available from Friday, Sept. 12th, to Thursday, Sept. 18th, subject to availability. We encourage you to book early, especially for Friday and Saturday nights, as rooms are limited.
