Fairmont Le Château Frontenac

The hotel is situated in Old Quebec, within the historic district's Upper Town, on the southern side of Place d'Armes. Opened in 1893, the Châteauesque-styled building was designed by Bruce Price, and was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway company. The hotel building was designated as a National Historic Site of Canada in January 1981.

The deadline for booking at the CCSA group rate is Wednesday, August 7, 2024, subject to availability.

Hotel Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will be accepted.

The room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, including a 3.5% city accommodation tax, 5% GST, and 9.975% PST (per room per night), all subject to change.

For each additional person sharing a room (3rd and 4th occupant), there will be an extra charge of $30.00 per night; Fairmont Gold are $50.00 per night.

For convenient travel, we recommend flying into Jean-Lesage Airport, Quebec City.

Airport Transportation: It's just a quick 20-minute drive from JeanLesage Airport to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Standard taxi services are readily available at a flat rate of $41.40 during the day and $47.60 during the night hours (between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.). Please note: Uber rates for this trip are generally higher compared to standard taxi fees.
